Elite Earthworks completed the site development for this new coffee shop in Marion, Arkansas. Our scope included erosion and sediment control, stormwater culvert and headwall installation, aggregate subbase preparation, and a five-foot undercut in the main drive area to address poor soil conditions and high moisture levels. The result was a stable, properly engineered site ready for paving and construction.
